今天又有同事被裁了，是个 38 岁的大哥，在公司干了 4 年多，是产品经理，月薪大概 2.6 万。今天上午谈完，下午就让他走人，给了 n+1 个月的赔偿，有 14 万多，连没休的年假也给算成补偿了。 中午跟他吃饭聊天，他快哭了，特别郁闷。他一直是最努力那个，经常晚上加班，从没抱怨过工作累，结果裁员先裁他，太让人意外了。 他这年纪找工作难，又没创业头脑。关键是他家压力太大，老婆去年失业，全靠他工资。老家还有两套房子贷款，每月得还五六千，北京房租 5200 元，还有俩孩子学费和家里各种开销。 他本来存款就少，这下直接回到解放前。80 后的中年人太难了，30 岁就背几十万上百万房贷，还没还完就失业，没存款还欠债。 想想 65 岁才能领养老金，中间这 30 年可咋过啊？ 大家对这事儿有啥想法？
