@IGPcom I was a regular customer of yours but not again. I paid for everything on time and all I got in return was unreachable customer support, no reply , a damaged cake, undelivered bouquet and a spoilt day. I don't think this is for what I paid you a premium amount.

@IGPcom , I had a disappointing experience today. I ordered a cake and bouquet for my wife's birthday. Firstly for the cake the slot was delayed and was delivered in damaged condition . This ruined the special day for us. And then your customer care executives are unreachable

@IGPcom I have repeatedly providing contact details since Tues last week, talking to multiple people on watsapp chat, the chat closes and I keep repeating myself. I was assured by 3 people that corrected contact details were shared with delivery partner. Yet the problem is not resolved.

@IGPcom and as per their customer care I can get my cake in next 40 minutes. No guarantee but they can try.

@IGPcom I've placed an order from you guys around 12:30 and the order was supposed to be delivered around 1:30. But now it's almost 3 and there's no update of my cake, and it's for my friend birthday, who has to catch her flight on next 4 hours.
