@IGPcom Hi, my order has still not been delivered even after more than 3 hours, despite paying extra for 60-minute delivery. At this point, I no longer want the order. Please cancel it and issue a full refund, including the ₹99 delivery charge, to my original payment method.

@IGPcom I have received your email, but proposed resolution is not acceptable. Offering 20% wallet credit for delivering dead & dry flowers is not a solution. I reported the issue and was initially told the bouquet would be replaced, but later you refused. Please process a full refund.

Ordered a flower bouquet from IGP for a special occasion and it turned out to be a huge mistake. The bouquet looked okay from the top, but inside many of the flowers were already dead and dry. It honestly felt like the bad flowers were hidden inside the bouquet. #IGP

@IGPcom This clearly means the delivery was not attempted. They said they’d rearrange the delivery between 7-11 PM. That doesn’t work. I have my party at 7. The worst experience I’ve had. Ruined my day and now it’s too late to get a special cake here.

Felt so embarrassed. Ordered bouquet for husband to surprise him on his birthday from @IGPcom . Everything paid online. But when the delivery guy reaches hubby's office , he asks for delivery fees of Rs. 80/- to be paid. And the bholu hubby pays too without confirming.

Worst delivery experience with @IGPcom Placed an anniversary order for my parents- Flowers and cake. Status updated to “ Delivered” but nothing was actually delivered. No tracking info, no call from delivery and no support assistance. Very unprofessional service.
