@MudkipNerd_ yeah, i mean rpgs tend to do this a lot. even in mother 3 you dont actually SEE porky until chapter 7-8. and there's a lot of levity and "filler" until then.

@Refresh_RM i think the knight is one of my favorite videogame antagonists ever. i redo their fight almost daily and ive gotten close to no hitting it. yet i would never trivialize just HOW difficult my first time was. that shit took me a WEEK!

we are in a cowardice epidemic. people avoid making any decisions at all. decisions are commitment and commitment requires the bravery to take responsibility for your desires. they would rather live in a state of possibility and ‘potential’ than run the risk of being wrong.

honestly, most people don't care about "OCs". if all you do is sit around and create characters in isolation, with no story, no themes to connect them and resonate with an audience... you won't have an audience.
you have to do the scary thing and commit to a real project.
