please give tips!! i can't lose weight for over 6 months. after losing 20kg+ really fast my weight has been stuck no matter what i do. I've tried: eating under 600 cals, eating 1000 cals and focusing on protein, eating at my maintenance for months, nothing. wtf do i do #edtwtㅤ
