I am starting a new STEAM job for an elementary school this fall. What conferences and STEM or STEAM resources are your top ones I need to check out? Thanks for any tips and ideas. #stem #steam

I need advice on what capacitors to buy for a solar project that runs on 3-5volts. These capacitors need to charge in less than 5minutes and then be ready to use. What voltage and resistance would be best? Any links you can provide to where to buy on Amazon?

Did you know you can now ASSIGN books in Book Creator? This means each student will get their own editable copy when they sign in so you can easily distribute a template book to your class with whatever content and scaffolds are needed. Learn more at hubs.la/Q02q5YKZ0

⛳️Not only is this a lot of fun to play, but look at all the other skills that have come into play with this micro:bits coding activity, plus a big thumbs up for recycling cardboard and creativity too 👍👍👍👍 #micorbit #coding #STEMeducation

Finally got around to doing mini golf with @microbit_edu . Kids had some great ideas and lots of iteration throughout the process. During the debut, I realized the one thing I forgot to teach them was how to putt…😝🫢 #makered @HillbrookSchool

As we were talking about cables yesterday at the #microbit champion global meet-up, have you ever considered magnetic cables like this @microbit_edu? If you're doing something that requires a lot of plugging in / out they make things much easier (and less ware and tear).

I have another great tip for #GoogleChrome! (👀 Read to the ⬇️⬇️ for the ultimate hack!) I know you already use the Group Tab feature in Chrome. But in a recent update, you can now SAVE these groups!! Now, if your window closes or refreshes, you won’t lose the tabs! (1/2)

Enter a prompt into inVideo AI and it generates a script, creates scenes, and adds voiceovers. It gives you a starting draft from which you can edit. #AIinEducation invideo.io Here's an unedited video it made for me about lesson closures: ai.invideo.io/watch/tBE0VnB2…

And BETT feels even quieter this year than ever. Smaller ExCel space used. Wider aisles. Big food court and baggage room as filler. Seems the organisers are scaring the trade people off with those high charges.

Tomorrow my husband is leading the youth SS class (based on Jeremiah 1: Comfort in Captivity), and I am helping out with the opening activity. So I’m making a list of silly/serious things for them to decide if they’re good or bad… Any suggestions?
