I posted 30 videos in the month of December to get over my camera shyness and here's what I learned: - After the 3rd or 4th day, I felt that just by the simple act of posting daily on my primary public account, my camera shyness had dropped by probably 90%. When you force yourself to just post, you feel what it's like to get people's reactions to your content, instead of staying inside of your head (and the results may pleasantly surprise you). - Not every idea will work the way you think it will. But also sometimes the ideas you thought nothing of will end up being your best performing ones. - After posting so consistently, I still landed on the fact that I prioritize quality over quantity. While I wanted to maintain my frequency of posting everyday without skipping, I did end up missing a few days due to the holiday season, but I didn't regret it. It gave me time off to reflect what kind of content energizes me the most, which I think is important to get more output (results) for your input (energy).
