I love fasting and hate eating; i feel so bloated after breaking my fast. this morning I weighed 50.3kg, let's hope tomorrow morning won't be far off 😮‍💨

Whoops, missed a day! Day five: a sandwich for lunch, then fast Day six: fast until 7pm, and for dinner I had a summer roll and a baked sweet potato 🍠
