There is no official boycott. Follow WGA/SAG’s lead. I am against a boycott in general. I worry that low numbers will be weaponized against POC and LGBTQ+ creators. The box office is down 50% from pre-pandemic times. They don’t need more excuses to destroy our industry

@annbauerwriter @walterkirn I follow you even though I disagree with you because I think you’re smart, brave and honest. But this retweet - claiming the CNN clip was saying masks are no longer appropriate when what was clearly being said was that cloth masks are no longer enough — not so honest.

@annbauerwriter @walterkirn Agree — huge public health failure that they’re not free. We reuse ours many Xs. Surgicals are much cheaper & good under cloth. But my first comment wasn’t about my own stance on mask types; it was about the intentional, dishonest misrepresentation of what was said in the clip.
