Según los reportes, la conversación se centró en encontrar alguna manera de detener el avance de la infección antes de que el estado de Q!Fariis empeore. De acuerdo con lo observado, Q!Ashswag estuvo presente durante toda la conversación, aunque permaneció en silencio detrás de Q!Tubbo sin intervenir directamente. Según los reportes, Tomate es quien directamente entrega y realiza las preguntas, mientras el otro trabajador de la Federación permanece observándolo cuidadosamente durante todo el proceso, como si estuviera supervisando cada una de sus acciones.
