@mamaztheguru And no it wasn’t cuz she couldn’t do hair it’s because it’s how she wanted us to look. We graduated from these looks when we were mature enough to care for our hair which is when we were also allowed to do different styles.

I still graduated with a 3.0 plus and excelled in all my major/minor classes and really any class I was actually interested in. I had damn near straight As in my masters program and while I had to do work I still didn’t have to study.

In college I flunked my first semester cuz I was obsessed with learning my marching band music so I would skip class to practice my music. And since I was responsible for getting myself to class I was always late. I missed a math test cuz I forgot we had to go to the lab to do it

Truly it’s wild to realize I’ve had ADHD my whole life and I really wonder how much more I could have achieved if this was known information. Like while I’m glad I’m smart AF, I still feel like I eve got the opportunity to reach my full potential as I look back.
