june accountability thread!! rules: -less than 1k cals a day -10k steps daily -mostly omading -fasting of a min. 16 hrs i will reply daily to give feedback!!

day 3: aprox. 600 cals fasted 18 hrs got 10k steps i drank a lot of water and the lax kicked in, so i lost my water weight. i ate about 1000 cals but i burnt 400-500 doing workouts and walking.

day 2: aprox. 800 cals fasted 16 hrs got 3k steps i drank more water and had some lax, but i ate a lot td. i’m gonna do some workouts to make up for my missed steps.

@memoriescollide drink a lot of water the day before and day of the apt, and eat a lot of low cal foods the day of to fill ur stomach, and wear heavy clothes? that usually works but idk if it’ll add enough

Idk what to do, I got weighed at the dentist now my moms gonna have to schedule me and appointment if I don't get to 90 pounds, (I'm 80 pounds now and I wanna lose more) I don't wanna gain, what're they gonna do if I'm like 76 at the appointment?? #edtwt #ricecaketwt

@Jxshvs it’s okay that happens to me all the time!! i usually will say something like “wow this is good, what did you use in it?” to get more info, or i’ll google the dish and find an average of macros based on the different recipes for it

ate food my parents made w unknown cals and macros JUST KILL MEEE the cal estimate for today IS RUINED
