Chef Victor Garvey… There was no choice in the return of this powerhouse chef because our guests basically demanded we try & get chef Victor back! In the meantime Chef Victor has just casually opened another “little” restaurant that happens to be in one of the grandest dinning rooms in the country. I mean, why not!? Screen shot from the FT review but incredible reviews there are many! Born in New York to an American father and French-Spanish mother, Victor has always had an international outlook. Moving to Barcelona when he was six years old, he started working in restaurant kitchens as a teenager. Throughout his career Victor has held a series of stagiaires in two and three Michelin star restaurants in Spain, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and San Francisco. Victor made his name in London running  Spanish restaurants, before launching  SO|LA, which was awarded a star in the Michelin Guide for Great Britain and Ireland 2021. Victor and his team are returning to the pub after a stand-out Guest Chef night in 2024. Chef Victor joins us on Thursday 28th August! Reservations for this open at 7pm tomorrow & we’d love you to join us.
