I don’t want to bore everyone about my dad about his condition but he’s back in the hospital with double bacterial pneumonia and is currently in the ICU. No one is allowed to see him except my mom to minimize germ exposure. I really need prayers right now.

Good morning!😊 It’s Sunday, but I woke up early this morning! Today, there’s a memorial service at the temple for the third anniversary of my parents’ passing (it’s been two years since they passed away, but in Japan, the third anniversary is observed in the traditional counting system). My mother passed away in January two years ago, and my father passed away in August of the same year. They were very close, so we decided to hold the services for both of them together during the pleasant spring weather. So, after working out at the gym, I’ll head to the temple! Please stay safe, everyone! I wish you all peace, health, and joy!🙏🍀💖🤗

One of my favorite things to do at night is to crawl into bed with a good book before going to sleep. It’s kind of weird and wonderful to think that someone, someday, will be crawling into bed at the end of their day to read one of my books. And I think that’s pretty cool.
