Build-in-public goal: Today → 102 users. End of year → 500. Let’s see if I can pull it off 🚀

Full website redesign yesterday. Now the only thing that matters: does it improve retention + conversions? I’ll post the results soon 👀

Got an email today offering to buy my interview Browser extension for $4k. Now I’m thinking: take the money, or keep building because it could be worth way more? What would you do? 👀

Just migrated from @MongoDB to @supabase. The first time I played with Supabase, it honestly felt like MongoDB was left far behind. And with @claudeai (it can connect to Supabase directly now), the whole migration took me about 2 hours. Anyone else moved off MongoDB lately?

Hey! I’m back after a long break and getting back to building. I’m planning to validate a new idea soon and start shipping again. Quick update on my extension: I didn’t touch it for 2 months, and it still got +160 users (SEO Power), 6 new subscriptions, and now sits at around $70 MRR. More updates soon. Stay tuned 🚀

AI is useful, but the funniest part is how quickly it turns into a babysitting job. You save 30 minutes, then spend 20 minutes verifying and fixing the result.

Side projects aren’t hard because of code. They’re hard because no one cares until they suddenly do. What made you quit your last project?

Today is Dec 31, so here’s my little end-of-year update. About 3 months ago I built my first startup: VoiceMeetAI a real-time interview helper. I honestly didn’t know if anyone would use it, I just kept shipping and posting updates. Closing the year with: 396 users $312 revenue Not life-changing money, but it’s real progress, real users, and a big motivation boost going into next year. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year 🎉 Hope 2026 brings you health, good people around you, and momentum on whatever you’re building.

One user told me after an interview that the extension was inconvenient to use because of where it was placed. So I spent the weekend reworking it and moved the extension into a sidebar. It’s now easier to access during interviews and stays active when switching between tabs, so it can keep listening to the interviewer. Small UX change, but a big difference in real usage. This is exactly why talking to users matters.
