@evanhamilton I've been thinking about this *a lot*. I've started socializing the concept of "digital urban planning" internally. Not my idea but don't remember where I heard it. Think about your [large] community as a town. How do you get new people to the place they need to be to succeed?

A big question as communities grow in size and scope: how do you make them not overwhelming? When you look at big company communities they all seem to have 30 different sections with 10 subsections each. I can't imagine a user being able to grok them.

Ugh. So much of my personal mail is getting routed to spam. I’ve missed so many important mail. Spam appears to be my new inbox. Which, to be clear, is not a fun place to be. But I don’t want to miss your mails, friends.
