The BIGGEST reason your physical therapist uses the Bosu ball They are double booked and want you to be entertained while they: 1) see other patients 2) finish notes 3) check 6 fig student loan balance and cry this sums up 95% of exercises prescribed

I’m tired of hearing about patients who come in to rehab with complaints of shoulder pain when they reach there arm overhead. Then proceed to pull on bands below 90° flexion 3x/week for 8 weeks. So here’s 6 of my favorite exercises to help improve OH strength:
