My take on the crypto market: Historically, BTC has almost always respected the bear flag pattern during bear markets. This time, however, Bitcoin broke above it and even managed to close above it. A big part of the momentum came from geopolitical tensions easing between Iran and the US, alongside the US stock market pushing toward new highs. But despite the rally, there’s still been heavy sell pressure above 81k. A lot of altcoins also had strong relief rallies. Now if we look at the Nasdaq, it has rallied aggressively and keeps printing new highs. Old traders know one thing very well: when the US stock market gets hit with a correction, BTC usually follows. Don’t close your eyes to the risks just because the market is green. Be prepared for the storm and ready to take advantage of it when it comes. My personal plan: anything above 81k-82k, I’ll continue adding to my shorts with a stop loss around 85k or If BTC manages to get a strong weekly close above 84k, I’ll manage the trade accordingly.
