Temu is actually really great! I ordered shoes for my mum and didn’t know I mistakenly clicked on size 35 instead of 41 until I got it yesterday😭 I requested a refund and got two options: - 25% refund, no return - Full refund if I return the shoes through the dispatch company. The dispatch place was too far, so I took the 25%… and I got my money in less than 5 hours. I was really impressed. If you ever get the wrong item, you can always return it.
