The CLARITY Act passed the House 294-134. a16z backed it. Ripple backed it. The White House backed it. The crypto industry spent $149M to make this moment happen.
Then Brian Armstrong killed it the night before the Senate vote.
Why? Because stablecoin yield restrictions would eat into Coinbase's $1.35B annual stablecoin revenue.
One company's P&L just held an entire industry's regulatory future hostage. On March 25, Coinbase formally rejected the bill a second time.
The odds of CLARITY Act passage in 2026 now sit at 18%.
This isn't leadership. It's self-interest dressed up as principle.

Just to be clear, I have been holding $XRP since 2021 and my last purchase was in 2024. Since then, I have not sold a single XRP.
I came from nothing. I have no degree. I have no 9-5 job right now. Most of my Uber earnings go toward rent, groceries, gas, and other miscellaneous bills.
$XRP to me is like hanging on at the edge of a cliff. I am either going to die or going to make it. I know I am going to make it.

Right now I am on Celebrex and Gabapentin. I take one Celebrex a day and one Gabapentin in the AM and one before bed. One is for nerve pain one for inflammation. Neither are mood altering for me. I think the gabapentin really helped for nerve pain.
My goal is to be off of these eventually. I’m seeing a spine surgeon in April.
One thing I might try is peptides.

3 years ago I drank daily.
In November I’ll be 3 years sober.
8 months ago it was impossible to exercise (degenerative discs). This month I hit the gym 80% of days.
Ignoring problems doesn’t fix them.
The only way to change is by running toward the pain, every single day.
