While the entire Karnataka media is busy covering bypoll drama and the “Hindi ban” narrative, the Waqf Board quietly issues notices to 650 farmers over 2,223 acres.
These very lands were disputed earlier too, and both the Karnataka High Court and the Supreme Court had ruled in favour of the farmers. Yet here we are again. Because clearly, the Waqf Board operates above everyone else, right?
The only logical solution is this: let the government take control of all Waqf properties and make the Board prove its claims, not force citizens to keep defending what courts have already settled.
