@Oracle_Morosis “Trans women in bathrooms” hysteria reminds me viscerally of lesbians in locker rooms, or lesbians ar a sleepover. They see both groups as pseudo women at best who are invading spaces for *actual* women, who are undercover spies who perv on/abuse every girl we meet.

amid lesbians being treated like threats, me and a bunch of other trans women are being spoken about in the same way for challenging tme dogshit, cis and trans alike, but i'm meant to act entirely fucking oblivious to this rhetorical relationship

@loneveil Yeah, bi sapphics outnumber lesbians like, four to one or something like that? I wish I could meet other lesbians IRL as easily as I do bi sapphics, even in larger sapphic social groups and events it's almost all bi sapphics

@psyemocon Also I feel like this is a non issue cuz there’s so many bi women in wlw spaces. I think if I was bi I would seek to date other bi women if it had come to this

@Teecasket That being said, I wouldn't want to date a bi sapphic who views lesbians as dangerous and/or lies about being a lesbian to date lesbians, I don't care for people who make up enemies and who deceive people

The worst part is I can’t even say the hostility towards lesbians amongst queer people is just an online thing because the amount of times Ive watched queer people get visibly upset/disappointed after I told them Im specifically a lesbian…

@qatariisaclown4 Fact of the matter is that lesbians are largely not the people harming bi sapphics or women in general and no attempt to lump us in with straight men under """monosexual""" is going to change that
