The Psynaps Stream Servers have always supported simulcasting. Now we are taking that to the next level with the recent Twitch Partner Update for creating live content on other platforms and simulcasting to short form mobile services (like TikTok or Instagram). Lets do it!

@Jaku @djclancy999 That's a good indication the wording needs updating. Its also likely people get that idea because 4K to YT and 1080p to Twitch is a common workflow currently for those who already simulcast. Glad it's a go.

@psynapsfx @djclancy999 I honestly don’t know why everyone thought this. It seemed obvious to me that it meant content wise or if you were intentionally setting your bitrate to be something you obviously bad. He continued to say that they would be updating the guidelines to be more clear.

@andymilonakis From my perspective, I predict these shoes will increase stream bitrate (it doesn't hurt to push more, even if you have max).

@EsfandTV Esfands concerns are spot on here. It turns out, we already know the outcome of simulcasting because we have been doing it for so long already. It's not a new play. However, Twitch allows it now, which shines a NEW light (or shadow) on things. I say do it anyway, for science!

Everyone’s talking about this streaming exclusivity on Twitch being broken, but I’m not sure it’s a good idea to stream on multiple platforms unless you’re a huge streamer. We’ll see how it plays out.

I don’t intend to begin simulcasting until February, after my January break. I want time to figure out how this will impact my content choices and to make things technically sound so I can deliver the best show possible.

Also, regarding the announcement Twitch made about simulcasting, the Psynaps IRL stream systems have supported simulcasting for a long time, and it is scalable to any number of concurrent users. If you want to know more about the pros and cons of simulcasting, let me know!

@EXBCtv @PandaTVoce @BensLodge @jakenbakeLIVE There is new technology we use now for smartphone which makes it very stable, like a backpack, and very easy to stream higher quality 1080p on a single phone sim. But backpack + bonding is still king.

Anyone know how a lot of streamers are doing 2 cam set ups when IRL streaming im in Singapore for a month and Japan for a week soon I wanted to try it @jakenbakeLIVE @EXBCtv @psynapsfx

@PandaTVoce @EXBCtv @BensLodge @jakenbakeLIVE I can make that easy for you, its a common way to stream IRL today. I have created a system for multiple sources, and it is as easy as pressing live on each device. You can do phone + backpack, or two phones, or two backpacks, and more! I can DM you.

I need help to elevate my stream, and I’m willing to invest a lot of money into it. I’m not technically gifted, I know my basics but that’s about it. I’d like to be able to do the following ish; - IRL stream from car rides. Car Mount, connection with out dropping offline etc. - IRL stream while going on a bike workout. Same as above, connected to an online server that keeps me live at all times. - IRL walking around streams, same as above. - Stream setup for IRL layouts, alerts, visuals etc. The equipment, the backpacks, the technical side of streaming to a serve that’s connected to my pc at all times, I’m lost. If there’s anyone out there who know someone, or perhaps is an expert themselves please reach out. Happy to invest into the products, the equipment, and happy to pay whoever can set it all up and make a noob like me understand it. Preferably danish, but if I have to fly someone out to help me for a day or two I’m willing to do so. 2023 we’re taking the stream to the next level, let’s go ❤️ Tags and help is much appreciated!
