Long fic writers start losing it after like chapter 10. Everything will be going normally for the character/reader then suddenly they get fired from their job, they find out they have a long lost sister, they get pregnant, their baby is a demon, and a zombie apocalypse starts.

My fanfic take is that some of the best fics you’ll ever read will come from Rare Pair authors but they never get the attention they deserve because they’re not writing popular pairings so most people just ignore them.
But they really are missing out on some absolute bangers.
