ugh i hate that rice/most carbs no longer feel safe. unless its takeout and i KNOW its under 500 cals i dont make it at home basically ever anymore. also fuck fries now i guess if im getting fast food im getting one burger

@babyteethrot it’ll be slow so it may not seem like it at first, but have patience, because, if you do eat below your tdee, it’s impossible to not lose weight :)

@twilightdreams i have that one in my fridge but have been scared to try it 😭 i bought all the flavours but my expectations for the weird ones (lamington, raspberry pistachio, lemon cheesecake) are pretty low. i probs won’t buy the lamington one again but it surprisingly wasn’t bad at all!

@alyarexix yep and for a lot of people with ana, getting a diagnosis is undesirable because they don’t want recovery. i was diagnosed because i was underweight and they made me do some surveys and then discussions but fortunately i’m an adult so i wasn’t forced into recovery as a result

@rinalaskaa Exactly!! You cant say that BED and bulimia are easier to diagnose than anorexia bc theyre literally the same disorder in different fonts the psychologies behind them are individual but bsfr it feels like people think that other disorders than Ana are “lesser” and it annoys me sm
