Adults are at times farther from comprehending the world than children. Children have yet to educated, but remain open to learning, while adults have often been 𝘮𝘪𝘴-educated, and so jealously guard the granite of their preconception from being cracked by a contrary truth.

Support Britain's nurses. They have cared for me, and us. Stand against their enemies, who are our enemies: the media (see below), the political elite.

NATO Chief says a full-blown Russia-NATO war is a “real possibility” that may go “horribly wrong,” as he charges ahead. How can a warmonger we never elected drag us into a war we never authorized, that can kill us all with no questions asked? #comments" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">scheerpost.com/2022/12/12/nat…

Bit by bit, the illusion unravels before our eyes. We were sold a lie our entire lives – of endless growth – and we clung to it so fervently we could imagine nothing more than the lie. Yes, we are waging a war on nature – one we are fated to lose

To @POTUS and @TheJusticeDept: Stop the extradition of Assange. I am as indictable as he is on the exact same charges. I will plead "not guilty" on grounds of your blatantly unconstitutional use of the Espionage Act. Let's take this to the Supreme Court.

EXCLUSIVE: “Let me tell you a secret… I had possession of the all the Chelsea Manning information before it came out in the press” - Pentagon Papers whistleblower Daniel Ellsberg says he was given leaked US diplomatic cables “as a backup” by WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange

One, I didn't "steal" anything. I created a copy. Two, that "thing" was **evidence of crimes** (our courts agreed: see link). Three, exposing a crime should not be a crime, regardless of whether those crimes were committed by a Mafia or a State. theguardian.com/us-news/2020/s…

@Snowden You stole data that wasn’t yours. It’s rather black and white no matter your motives.

You have no idea what you're talking about. Even the United States Government doesn't allege this. It literally never happened, and it *couldn't* happen, because I gave the archive to journalists. Those journalists' reporting, by the way, won the Pulitzer Prize for Public Service

The Guardian, which has played a major role in the persecution of Julian #Assange, is now scurrying for cover with a call for him to be freed. But even its weasel statement repeats malign fiction about his failure to redact files. Read the following: wsws.org/en/articles/20…

The now 3+ year imprisonment with no trial of Julian Assange - easily one of the most consequential Western journalists of his generation - makes US/UK lectures about press freedom a total farce. Good to see the media outlets who profited from his scoops finally defending him:
The New York Times@nytimes

The New York Times and four European news outlets called on the U.S. government to drop its charges against Julian Assange for obtaining and publishing classified diplomatic and military secrets. They warned that his indictment "sets a dangerous precedent."nyti.ms/3VB1j8X

Amazing! Who could possibly have imagined just a few months ago that that was the way the war would head if the West ignored negotiations and simply pushed more weapons at Ukraine? Oh, hang on a minute. Wasn't it those people who were being decried as 'Putin apologists'?!
The Sirius Report@thesiriusreport

If Russia continues to destroy critical infrastructure in Ukraine, an inflexion point will be reached, whereby Ukraine as a nation will collapse, due to chronic food, water, communication and energy shortages. It would also no longer be able to continue to fight the war.
