GET YOURSELF SEEN! 👀 It’s important to wear high vis and reflective material, like these fabulous models, when you’re running in low light or after dark. Headtorches can be👍but don't shine them in others' eyes, direct your lights to the pavement rather than straight ahead.

@colinmccourt @RosscoJammin With you there! I've had 6 months off with a hip injury and was unable to see a physio for most of Lockdown. Back rebuilding now but taking things slow! We will get there!

@runbetweeners Good to hear! Often hear from patients about them getting stuck in a run/bust cycle with no understanding of a way out. As someone who runs I know how frustrating that can be... Didn't want that to be you too..

What's the main change you're going to make to your running when lockdown lifts and life changes?

@pt_steveb Goal is now looking like a Spring Marathon 2021 - potentially London. Currently re-building from the ground up with foundational Strength and Conditioning movements and light, shorter sessions with extended recovery time built in.
