That's a wrap from Warwick where 8 Times Area wrestlers punched their tickets to states. All 5 local 2A schools have at least one entrant, with 2 apiece for Berm, Bville and DC. In 3A we have 8 Gburg wrestlers and a qualifier from the Ox, giving up 17 for the boys' tourneys.

In all my years I've never seen a kid that light at HWT qualify for states. Bungard tipped the scales at 194 this morning, crediting a Sheetz near the team hotel for being able to make the minimum. This just keeps getting better by the minute! @cannerathletics
