When we receive our final grade for this life, I believe a big portion of it will be based on attendance. I feel God may be inclined to overlook many of our shortcomings if we consistently show up for him. I have never regretted any time and effort I have devoted to attending church.

@For3JT Feels like the new BYU basketball doesn’t have a place for locals, legacy guys or Mormon kids. Cost of tickets prices out middle class families. Makes me question if this direction the program is going is the right thing long term for the health of the team and fan base.

In my personal view, the perfect mix for BYU Hoops to be great is: 15 players - 3 crazy hard workers who are locker room guys (LDS guys preferably) - The top-tier 6 LDS guys available that will either be starters or be main dudes in the rotation - 1 Burger Boy - 1 otherworldly portal guy - 2 high level portal guys - 2 specialists (LDS or not) I think Kevin Young will land on something like this in the near future.

Rob Wright is a great player and gives BYU an incredibly important piece for continuity and a productive and dynamic point guard. That alone is worth celebrating his return. By spurning Mark Pope and Kentucky that puts him up a few notches in BYU lore.
