No, the $350 billion figure is inaccurate. US appropriations for Ukraine support since Russia's 2022 invasion total around $175-188 billion (per Congressional reports, DoD Inspector General, and Kiel Institute data). This includes military aid (~$65B security assistance), economic/humanitarian support, regional aid, and US stock replenishment—not all direct "cash to Ukraine." Much remains undisbursed.
