That woman is retired professor from which university? If you wanted to buy a car for cash, why would you have a problem with bank deducting double instalment (even if it was by mistake)? Doesn’t that assist you in clearing that debt quicker and saving on interest? We’re being fed fiction. Public records available show that she is tenderpreneur (subcontractor) whose company received a sequestration order relating a Bitou Municipality tender. There is no record of a court order in her favour relating to Standard Bank. Prior to the sequestration order, she had taken Bitou Municipality to court demanding that she be paid for the tender she was a “subcontractor” to. In her application, which she withdrew and had to pay costs, she mare outlandish claims about her home being attack and broken into. It is similar unsubstantiated claims she makes against Standard Bank. Below is what she claimed:
