@007_SHANK @AndreFvchs And the grants requests have gotten even more complex. People are being treated badly and are leaving the ecosystem. A lot has to do with the decision making being heavily centralized.

@AndreFvchs Agree and this cannot continue and soon there won't be many left to keep the ship moving. Strangely the complexity applied to provide grants to support community requests isn't being followed when spending millions on TF led initiatives 🤷‍♂️

1/ Despite not having much supoort #TezosCommunity has done a lot for #tezos than the TF itself. This model isn't sustainable when millions are being spent elsewhere which has had very less impact compared to the great work community has been doing.

@tezosCitzen There are around 50 to 100 enthusiasts like us who could help push #Tezos into the top 20 coins within a year with just some organizing and funding.

Most of them aren't even active on Twitter, Discord, or any platform where their communities lives. + Unnecessarily expensive offices + Unnecessary traveling with stays in expensive hotels + Overpaid board members who don't add any value
