@DFBetz Hi David, We genuinely understand your frustration at the news that we’re ending support for Sonocent Audio Notetaker and that we're investing our time in another tool but we’ve made the decision so that we can help more people with a more robust learning solution. 1/2

@HwsEleutheroi Sonocent support is telling me they're getting rid of Audio Notetaker, and that their Glean software doesn't allow audio importing. You find an alternative?

@WaxCavallaro Hi @WaxCavallaro, you will still be able to use Audio Notetaker via ViewerMode so you can listen back to your old recordings. Unfortunately, you won't be able to convert your AN files into something that can be used in Glean. Hope this makes sense! - Sara

I am absolutely sick that @sonocent has decided to stop supporting their fantastic Audio Notetaker in favor of Glean, which is soooo subpar as to be incomparable. Glean is a watered down horrible product that hardly ever functioned & was never helpful. /
