@spring_help i need help. When I have tried to launch new merch with duplicate settings, it just completely ✂️ off my new merch lineup. Something must be fixed or I'm moving my merch somewhere else.

@spring_help Update: the item is STILL in printing status after 3 months. No email updates, no delay emails, just advertising on how you want the creators who use your website to order more. Why would we order more if people have to wait 3 months or longer to get a cup?!

@spring_help How in the world can you justify waiting over two months for one item to be past the “printing” stage? Your support team does not have the tools needed to help fix these issues either. Nicest people, but no support from the company to get things done.

@FlamingFireFish We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your order has been successfully cancelled and fully refunded. It can take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect back into your account depending on your banking provider.

@spring_help You guys state 24 business hours for a response but I submitted this ticket(491643) on Nov 7th. The last time I was able to get contact, I had to post here publicly. I want a full refund please and if it doesn't happen by Nov 20th, I'm contacting my bank.
