This woman is making smash burgers for dinner. I’m not sure if this is her first time making them. She preheats the griddle at least and oils it. She then puts her meat down and smashes it into thin pancakes because she wants them crispy. Then before they are fully cooked she puts her cheese on top. Then she flips it and the cheese burns on the bottom. Ive never made smash burgers before but something tells me something isn’t right. Did she make them too thin?
