@bbyrexi to add onto this!! light tuna tends to have alot less mercury hiding in it, and i found a diagram that shows the safest options in terms of mercury!

ik tinned tuna is popular on here for low cal & high protein but plz be careful, it can give u mercury poisoning. The recommended amount is 1-2tins a week. Be safe😅🫶
Better alternatives are salmon, mackerel, sardines & anchovies
