The card received a total TAG Score of 955 (Gem Mint 10) on the 1000 point scale, as determined by our multi-patented TAG technology. In July 2021, a similar Gem Mint 10 Pokémon Illustrator (graded by another third-party grader) set a world record as the most expensive Pokémon card ever sold/traded (deal value est. $5.275 million.) The card artwork of Pikachu holding a paintbrush was done by none other than the creator of Pikachu, Atsuko Nishida. The Katakana characters have been inscribed along side the other card data on the top of the transparent TAG slab.
