To chalk up elden ring's narrative and mythos as 'gibberish' just because it is presented in an obtuse fashion is just very disingenuous. It is deeply rooted in various real world historical mythos, theology, philosophy, alchemy. It is a treasure trove of deliberate story telling

that's my problem with current online critics/analysts, especially those who make vid essays, who present and believe their assumptions are universal truths and anything otherwise is false.
