So, we lost the battle to define observability. You know it, I know it. Observability was supposed to *mean* something, and in the early days, it did. "Observability" once meant the kind of exploratory, open ended investigation our systems increasingly demand.

I totally get why this can be the case, but building for a customer base that are mostly technical is one of my favourite parts of working @incident_io Other devs give great feature suggestions/bug reports and your relationships can feel more like colleagues than transactional.
