While AI tech solutions reduce a work load for a few, it will for sure increase the work load for a few others. If not, it is not a balance! Who are 'a few' here? It is unknown for now & it changes as the AI solutions are integrated.

As someone who organizes and volunteers at meetup in Bengaluru, I have seen firsthand what it takes to make them thrive and succeed.  Sharing a glimpse of behind the meetup scenes. Volunteering Meetups: An Experience and a Recurring Ritual testinggarage.blogspot.com/2026/03/volunt… #meetups

@browserstack We test engineers come up with a better one each time that GPTs and Agent are not aware of. 2/2

@browserstack Well, the GPTs and agents neither give such test designs nor the test cases or automation code and framework if asked. We can train them to be aware of it. Or, I have not witnessed one so far. The GPTs and agents are helpful in my work. 1/n

I learn this consistently. If an engineer has no empathy to whom the solutions are built, that engineering and business fails. I guage my empathy periodically and see where am I with it.

In a perspective, the software system we build and deploy is hard coded to do what is expected to do in a given context and conditions.

I experience it yet again, most bugs in the distributed systems are not by crashes, but, by systems which say OK when they are not.

What I see is, not all sectors need the available public available LLMs. Instead, SLMs which is being trained on the specific sector's data to scale their work & business should be good enough & cost efficient in terms of infrastructure, economy, operational needs & development

What is AI? The response to it depends on to whom am I talking and the context. In simple and general, it is a software technology catalyst in a context. It can either speed up or slow down based on what is being used, how and by whom.

Do not be confused with prototype for the production. Building prototype is easy; running the pipeline tests before deployment is a production test code & not just an automation. Building, fixing and maintaining this is an unsung engineers work and efforts. #mentoringSession
