We've watched hundreds of businesses from nearly 50 countries use @meedloyalty. (The ones using browser translation are the most fascinating). They find us organically. They want meed to work. And some spend an hour trying to figure it out. It should take 5 minutes. My personal best for setup is 29 seconds. This is the tyranny of the final 20%. That last slice of polish, intuition, and perfect UX consumes 80% of our effort. It's an immutable law of product dev. Thanks to Datadog (the most valuable thing I pay for every month), we don't have to guess. We see every dead click, every wrong turn. We play UI whac-a-mole, and it's the most important game we play. This is a privileged position. The struggle to optimise is a symptom of demand. Our mission is clear: get 80% of our new users through onboarding in under 5 minutes. We're chipping away at it, one video session at a time.
