Some of our activities will be continuing with the support of our Fast Forward volunteers....please see posters for details. There is also a weekly seated exercise group that meet up at Chaddesden Fire Station for those wanting to continue with their exercise.

We had a fun morning with our members today and did a spot of baking. Thank you to volunteer Maria on sharing your amazing skills.

We had a change from arts and crafts this week at Slaney Close and had a very competitive game of Boccia. Congratulations to the Blue team who won....only just!!!

We had a fun day out on the annual Fast Forward trip to Skegness this week. Walks on the beach, pennies in the arcades and lots of food of course. Thank you for making it a great day out!!

Next weekend sees our great Free Family Fun Day at the centre 12pm-4pm. Loads of free activities bouncy castles, climbing wall, go-karts, face painting, and stalls from local stalls. Come along and join in the fun. #Derby #free #familyfun #community

The students from Derby College joined us on Monday at Curzon Court for the last music quiz before they break up for summer. The students have enjoyed attending so much and meeting the tenants, that they will be returning in September without me.
