@ThredUp I shop your site often and I often come across items listed as a "flawed gem". I would like to suggest these gems have a photo and description of the flaw so that the customer can decide if they can mend it. Also a separate category listed as flawed gems that put them all together under one search might be interesting as well. The last suggestion I will make is that you shouldn't charge quite as much as you do for a flawed gem. The customer is taking a gamble and regardless of the value of the item new, a flawed gem is a risk of completely wasting money since most are final sale items.

@ThredUp the latest app update broke the billing/shipping so they can’t be separate. I tried multiple times to purchase, and it never worked. Checked my settings, and the app changed the billing to her name and address, so of course my card won’t accept the charge.

I sent some things into ThredUp, and all of it was priced pretty fairly except one thing: An early Tory Burch bag they listed as unbranded and priced at like $20. I flagged it, told them it's Tory and now the price has increased 1000%. I gotta put me first, sorry!
