@KuKhahil Cade 9 turnovers just terrible. Not to mention the momentum swings on the 2 easy fast breaks that were each 4 point swings. Cade also missed another 4 footer in clutch time.

Congrats to the Magic Pistons will go down 3-1, and they deserve it. They didn’t play like a top team. Their best players repeatedly shot themselves in the foot. They’ve played like a team that deserves to go home in round 1. This series is done.

Some quick, positive, personal news before the Pistons game. 3 months ago I went to Doctor, and long story short I really had let myself slip esp with my diet lol. Bloodwork came back and cholesterol was very high. Needed to change my diet, and I’ve been an athlete my whole life fr and when I looked in the mirror didn’t recognize myself couldn’t believe I let myself troll this much. So I changed my diet, cut out all fast food and pizza, cut out out pop and energy drinks, started tracking my calories. I’ve been in the gym every week since at least 4 times a week and oftentimes 6 days a week. When I went to doctor I was 216, and I’m now under 200 at 198. I don’t think I’ve been 190’s since 2020, tbh. Not the end goal yet at all, but I can see myself in my episodes, face looks skinnier, body is slimmer, becoming more tone. Happy af with my progress. My goal is 185 because I like having muscle and a wider frame, don’t wanna be skinny lol But, yeah. Quick update. Super happy I’ve locked in fr, hoping to be at my goal in the next few months 💪🏽💪🏽
