The Origin of Homebiro. I watched every house hunter on all social media complain of the frustration of hunting almost every day, the same way countless applications are launching property listing sites almost every day, yet they are not meeting the average Nigerian's needs down to the local level. I was so curious about what the problem is and had to look into the real estate rental industry data. As there's no structure on how a renter stay aware of the neighbourhood before they commit to hunt, they feed the chaos and extortion, in the same way a property agent without a standard structure of operation in Nigeria leverages the chaos, especially on checking apartment randomly in neighbourhoods with client, spending more money on logistic and inspections, the other one comes with total package, where its said agent do not refund caution fee and somehow get client to pay high-end commission no matter how small the lease sound, you will be shocked at how much an agent could decide to make on an apartment without the landlord concept. I started "Homebiro" because I was tired of seeing renters house hunting as a battlefield and a low class services by agents without transparency, I know dignity can be restored in the way people go about their hunt and how agents get rewarded for the work done. We are not just a managed marketplace for house hunters, we are not offering a first-class service to manage the chaos for renters and agents alone, we are killing the irresponsibility from the parties that cause the rental chaos and extortion in Nigeria.

Dear @sowore I'm worried about a lot, I have questions to ask you, I have doubts about certain actions of yours but because of the clause of superior argument everyone has reasons for their actions. Here are my thoughts as regards your political career and Presidential aspirations over the years. These are the things I feel you are not doing right. 🎖️Creating and building a political structure for yourself and aspirations, Your Excellency it's almost like you are just desiring the seat without creating a pathway to getting there, you are wishing while you are not approaching the seat you so desire, your excellency begin from Ondo State where you hail from, be a formidable voice for the people of Ondo State and create a vanguard of true leadership from here, collaborate with like minds and begin a more structured movement playing politics aside from this activism you are known for. 🎖️Collaborating with structures and policies; you kept on calling every structure corrupt and bad, which one can you collaborate with and add value to . Many more that I can state, here are the things I feel you should do going forward. 👑 Consider saving the people of Ondo State firstly, build a solid vanguard from home, They need a Voice like yours who would lead them. Imagine Yele Sowore as the Executive Governor of Ondo State, how amazing that would motivate and build Ondo State. 👑Begin to relate with the good in people, you don't have any political relationship or affiliation because of your school of thoughts, that has been making things difficult for you, begin to see the good in people and relationship with that in such manner. 👑 If Very dark man could build Ratel movements all over the country with active impactful representation in each state, what is holding you back in building such structures for yourself, you can't have a Bobi Wine revolution without putting structures in place. Note your excellency, I didn't compare your activism and struggles with that of VDM above, I only citing an instance of truth. 👑 Educate the public, and make your agendas clear, do a survey, ask people what do they think you are doing , you will be surprised many people no longer understand your objectives and it's difficult for people to back up what they know nothing about. Summarily, dear @sowore kindly look into these free minded observations and embrace that which is needed or aligns with your objectives. Also, I use this medium to appreciate your efforts and energies, only the one born for this can be this stubborn. Thank you for being an addition in leadership. RIA is my name, A worried Nigerian from Ibadan, Oyo State.

Our response and position is clear, No Landlord says that to us, We stay in the gap so you don't have to fight these battles alone. If nothing was damaged, your money belongs in your pocket, not the landlord's bank account.

We hit a roadblock today with an agent claiming "The landlord doesn't refund CAUTION FEE,, At Homebiro, this is not something we have experience with before until now after a call with a Property Manager in Ibadan.

What of omoyele sowore? Why is everyone not talking about him? He’s the only politician I have 50% believe in… the rest, I have zero. Peter obi is still with the current oppressors…sowore doesn’t rate any of them. If you hate these people, I think it’s a good sign.

E reach this boy own @KevinblakC (Governor Amuneke), he turn am to tribalism💔🤣🤡 We were following him blindly till he exposed himself! imagine someone that earns a living from criticizing government too wants to drag SOWORE for calling out Alex Otti for claiming to spend 600 billion on capital projects in 3 years yet cannot point to 10 completed project in the 4th year worth 10 billion. If you are devoid of ideas, try another line of hustle cos why would you make yourself face of bigotry?

My husband always told me about Sowore. When I asked why he liked him so much, he’d say, When you see a visionary leader, you just know. Back in 2021, he predicted that some youths would eventually hate Sowore if he continue this way for fighting our corrupt leaders and fabricate lies against him, not because he's wrong, but because of their personal interest in other candidates people who aren't even capable of standing on the same level as Sowore in terms of education or courage. Seeing his words come true today is incredible. #Sowore #Visionary

@onyekanwelue Come to Nigeria and campaign, and lead people to follow you, and then have a consensus across the country, the build a following. You just talk about issues as though it's that easy. Come and do it. Talk is cheap.

“We must chase these old criminals from power” and replace them with youthful criminals; Peter Obi, Nasir El-Rufai, Atiku, David Mark, Aregbesola, Amaechi, Kwankwaso, etc. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

APC must leave in 2027. We must chase these old criminals from power. Like I’m literally so tired of complaining. I’m sooooo tired. It’s looking like complaining about Nigeria is a niche here. It’s extremely exhausting. We must get rid of APC. Nothing is really working on the streets.

We are in the same situation in Nigeria where the youth thought there was a lot of killings under Jonathan and Buhari would end the killings, Now we have a lot of killings under Tinubu and a lot of the youth still think Atiku or Peter Obi will end the killings. We need a Revolution.
