On Mon., June 19, we celebrate Juneteenth, an annual commemoration of the end of slavery in the U.S. after the Civil War. On June 17, 2021, it officially became a federal holiday which is celebrated annually. In honor of Juneteenth Independence Day, school offices will be closed.
