13/04/2026-Day 2 broke my almost 24h fast by eating lunch:potatoes,chicken and cucumber. My mom had bread on the counter but I didn’t touch it.Then,I drank my daily coffee (I put 3 sticks in my mug bec I have a coffee addiction haha.) Now the plan is to eat again in 24h for lunch

@aliceats4 But yeah sleeping is scary sometimes. It’s basically like death but without the commitment haha

@twisparkledd I dont have that fear but i do have a phobia of sleeping and its rly hard i hope ur feeling better now🫶🏻

One more thing about me is that I have loads of anxiety and am very paranoid. One of my biggest fears is dying in my sleep. When I peaked and slept on an empty stomach I was scared that my heartbeat would slow down and that I’d die while asleep. I had such a hard time falling

@aliceats4 I am!! It was a bit scary as I was trying to fall asleep but then I did and woke up fine 💟

Yesterday even before Easter lunch I was like 78.5kg and today I weighted myself b4 eating and it said 76.2kg. Let’s see if I’ll hit 75kg tommorow if I don’t break my fast 🥹

update !! It’s now 12:39noon the next day and I’m almost at the 24h mark. Weighted myself and it said 76.2kg. I’m gonna OMAD in a little and then not eat anything else during the day💞

💜 Currently fasting since like 1pm and it is 8:25pm. I ate a small steak and some cucumber (it’s Easter) I’m currently getting hungry but I’ll try to eat again tommorow noon for lunch. I was thinking about exercising but it will make me even more hungry so no. Wish me luck!!
