#leaving twitter

All my life I’ve tried to use music to bring people together. Yet it saddens me to see how misinformation is now being used to divide our world.   I’ve decided to no longer use Twitter, given their recent change in policy which will allow misinformation to flourish unchecked.

Ukrainian Families were some of the 1st families to settle in Treaty 6 territory, before Alberta was a Province. There are many instances of friendship between Indigenous & Ukrainian peoples that highlight the Spirit & Intent of Treaty 6. Our thoughts are with their kin back home

You can do your part to counter Kremlin disinformation and show support for Ukraine!! Post your support for #Ukraine in the comments of news articles. Amplify Ukrainian voices. Call out Russian disinformation. The Kremlin has an army of internet trolls. We need to fight back!

Before, I thought he was in over his head. But my admiration for this man, for his courage and leadership, has grown and grown.

My sister and her family are now fleeing for their lives. Indiscriminate Russian bombing. They have bombed hospitals, apartments. This is hell. #StandWithUkraine
