heyy @framer community! I've been learning Framer for a while now. I started my own design studio that barely made any money. Inspired by @orinfitzgerald and @framer_university I'm starting the Framer challenge. $0 to $10k in 90 days. client work + my first premium Framer template. Week 1 of #framerchallenge Revenue: $347.47 — Template sales: $277 (3 sales) — Framer commission: $70.47 (3) Progress: 1.74% → $347.47 / $20,000 Week 1 was all about strategy + execution planning. Now it’s time to build. 1.7% down… 12 weeks to go. What’s next: • Dropping my best SaaS template yet this 2nd week → clean, scalable, built for serious companies • Narrowing focus: No more trying to do everything. I came to realize, starting my agency with 2 or more services will be so difficult even though i got the skill needed, i need to focus on what matters by now. I’m going all-in on web design (Motion design stays in the work internally, like i will be launching all my template with Saas like launch videos, etc, just not a service in my agency… yet.) • Building a real portfolio in this 7 days, i will be collecting all my work and put them together and curate my portfolio in hope i get at least 2 clients during this challenge and get me started with my agency journey Game plan (validated): → 6 templates in 2 months → ~15 sales per template minimum to get to $10K in sales → If i get to $10K, i expect 4-$6K in commission → + 1–2 client projects (~$2.5K) $20K is realistic. Back to work. Let’s build. 🚀

2 weeks into @learnframer’s Undercover Challenge, and week 1 of #FramerChallenge is officially done. quick recap 👇🏼 • shipped portfolio projects + explorations • submitted my first component for review • posted consistently (aiming for 2x/day, but i’m still losing time polishing every tiny detail) still at $0 / $10,000, that's fair. my portfolio isn’t where it needs to be yet, but getting that first component in the queue is a real step forward. next week should bring my first feedback from the Framer team. show up daily. ship more. tighten the pace. that's the goal.
