Initial Super Heavy V3 and Starbase Pad 2 activation campaign complete, wrapping up several days of testing that loaded cryogenic fuel and oxidizer on a V3 vehicle for the first time. While the 10-engine static fire ended early due to a ground-side issue, we saw successful startup on all installed Raptor 3 engines. Next up: preparing the booster for a 33-engine static fire

@SpaceX "Successful" but the test ended early due to a "ground side issue"? 🤔 Sounds like spin for another explosion waiting to happen. SpaceX fans celebrate failure like its a win. 🙄

@Biigmaaccee @SpaceX You learn from every failure, just as NASA did in the early days of space travel. But you don't have anything close to NASA or SpaceX where you're from, so you might want to sit this one out or continue to be mocked.

"SpaceX fans celebrate failure like its a win." SpaceX celebrates chances to learn how to do their job better. They do not assume that engineering is magic, or that they must be all-knowing magicians presenting a first-time perfect image. Engineering does not receive its designs from the gods, but grinds out knowledge millimeter by millimeter.

@Biigmaaccee @SpaceX People gave been literally saying this about SpaceX since 2002 at every iteration. SpaceX even posted a video of all the Falcon 9 explosions. Look at them now. Starship will open up space flight to the masses.

@Biigmaaccee @SpaceX It was Successful. What does SpaceX know now that they didn't know before the test? That many systems have been validated and that an issue has been found and will be fixed. That's a much better position to be in than they were in before the test. Yeah yeah I know.. SpaceMan Bad.

@Biigmaaccee @SpaceX A failure is an acceptable outcome of rapid iteration. SLS is the outcome of conventional engineering by committee. Failure can be a win.

@Biigmaaccee @SpaceX Yes, he’s failed his way to the first commercial spacecraft in orbit, the first reusable rocket, the first commercial human-rated spacecraft, the lowest cost to orbit and the largest rocket ever launched. Maybe his version of failure is different to yours?

@Biigmaaccee @SpaceX "SpaceX fans celebrate failure like its a win" Elon says it isn't failure, it's DATA. Each failure gives you more data to redesign and make it better. How many failures do you see with the Falcon 9. Almost Zero because of all the early failures

Hardly spin for "another" explosion. Honestly, I wonder if there was an issue with water flow in the deluge system. We've seen that system tested before and there's normally a lot more water. Either way, failure can certainly still be a success. You learn something every single time you try. Given that there's no problems with the booster or engines themselves, this is a huge win.

@Biigmaaccee @SpaceX What failure? The ground systems obviously worked, communicating to the booster to abort the static fire.

@Biigmaaccee @SpaceX 😂 What else is a test for but to see what works and what doesn't? Failure is a win: it prompts improvement. It's the process of every great innovator. Try studying history rather than critiquing those who are making it. 🙄

@Biigmaaccee @SpaceX That's what the engineering process is about. A failure yet a win at the same time. It takes time, but it also drives progress. NASA didn't lose rockets in the early days just to say "oh well" and quit. Sure SpaceX is better equipped, but they aren't afraid to fail and try again!

@Biigmaaccee @SpaceX SLS had a ground side issue there a couple of weeks ago. Two of them, in fact, and one on the rocket. They had to roll this whole thing back. And that was on a LAUNCH campaign, not a first full test of a whole newly built system. Sheesh.
